Writing Support

In addition to group tutoring sessions in core academic subjects for K-6 students, 425 Tutoring is proud to offer one-on-one writing support to interested elementary, middle, and high school students. Our experienced team of writing tutors is available to meet with students of any age to help revise and edit their work

Our Story

What began with three Newcastle Elementary School alumni from Washington has now grown into a group of high school students across the country. As high school students, our mission is to keep K-7 students in our communities on track and possibly ahead in their learning experience. 


425 Tutoring was founded with one goal in mind: support the elementary school students in our local communities. ​When the COVID-19 pandemic began, we realized that K-7 students were missing out on essential education.

Group Tutoring

All tutor groups have at least two students to foster a positive learning environment while connecting students with peers across the nation and beyond!

Collaboration

Group learning promotes creativity, collaboration, and produces well-rounded learners. Students learn from each other, as well as from the tutor.

Accessibility

425 Tutoring is an equal opportunity program that brings together K-6 students with our growing base of qualified tutors. All tutoring is completely free! We've tutored 1500+ students and have offered 500+ qualified high school tutors mentorship opportunities in the United States and beyond.
